This is the all in one package. This package includes, initial new client intake to discuss nutrition, meal prep, how to customize your meal plan, fitness consult and plan, bi weekly zoom coaching check ins and weekly weigh ins. This is all included for 4 full weeks.

This is a one hour zoom call strictly to teach a potential client how to meal prep properly using MACRO counting.

This is strictly asking a potential client what their  fitness goals are and developing a fitness plan customized to their goals. 

This is an add on item where I come to where YOU are working out/training and assist you in a One hour personal training Session of your fitness plan. Beginning-Intense

Continued health coaching, bi-weekly zoom check ins, weekly weigh ins, progressive increase on new goals and fitness ventures, nutrition stats.
